Since our artworks are made to order so we cannot offer refunds/exchanges for a change of mind. For items returned because they are defective, damaged or incorrect we will either replace the item (subject to availability) or issue a full refund.
Please note, we do not offer refunds on custom pieces or Custom sized artworks from our collection.
To avoid serious headache we have quality assurance check for each product individually, As well we use a premium shipping service to make sure your product will arrive safe. Every artwork should be inspected on delivery and claims for faulty artworks on inspection should be made with 48hours of delivery.
- Refunds will be issued for defective products only.
- Failure to provide proof of purchase and photographs may result in a refund/exchange request being declined.
- Farjo cannot grant an exchange or refund for products that have been damaged due to improper application.
A refund claim for purchase applied onto the wall must be made via email within 10 days of delivery.
